SkillBridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join our Austin team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth operational flow, and timely coordination of materials and resources. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory records

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

• Organize and store inventory in designated locations

• Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory environment

• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
