Job description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dealership Lot Attendant to oversee daily lot operations and serve as a frontline dealership leader in Lighthouse Point, FL. This role is responsible for safely moving vehicles, maintaining a strong client-facing presence, and assisting with scheduling and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
- Ensuring all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot
- Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
- Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
- Building and grounds maintenance as needed
- Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record

Must be 18 years or older for driving responsibilities

Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous valet or lot operations experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Frequent walking, running, and standing for extended periods

Must be able to lift/push up to 25 lbs and enter/exit vehicles regularly

Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings and includes exposure to weather elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Ability to remain alert and focused

Be a self starter and maintain excellence in attitude.
