Inventory Clerk

• Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm


• $18.00+ Depending on Experience


• OT and some Saturdays as needed

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to help track, document, and organize electrical units in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do:

• Create, prepare, and categorize inventory files for all incoming units.


• Physically count and log all units into the Inventory Management System. 


• Identify and troubleshoot units and classify them for resale or recycle accordingly. 


• Capture and maintain photograph inventory records for resale operations. 


• Perform weekly inventory counts and inspections of equipment in storage. 


• Update inventory records with any damages as necessary. 


• Enter and correct data into manifests and BOLs to match inventory records. 


• Finalize paperwork and perform quality checks on all inventory records. 


• Pull oil samples and perform quality tests on equipment as needed. 


• Communicate with team lead, employees, and customers on available inventory as needed.


• Other tasks as assigned.

What you Bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience with data entry or inventory preferred


• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills


• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in all weather
