Inventory Clerk

We are currently seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join our team and support our growing portfolio of global compliance initiatives.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update inventory records across multiple systems.

· Process and reconcile inbound deliveries to ensure accuracy.

· Manage and track RMAs (Return Material Authorizations).

· Support work order management, including validation and closure.

· Assist with shipping and receiving transfers between locations.

· Communicate with internal teams (Purchasing, Accounting, Receiving, Planning) to resolve discrepancies.

· Generate and analyze reports to support audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures..

Systems Used:

· Oracle

· Cognos

· EVIS

· Excel / Shared Docs

Pay: $22.00/hr

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or related field.

· Strong computer skills with experience in inventory management systems.

· Proficiency in Excel and shared documentation tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

· Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and RMA coordination.
