Inventory Clerk

About the Role:

Fueling Brains Academy is an Ed-Tech company to uplifts the early childhood education narrative through its holistic approach. We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team and help improve our warehouse’s production line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records using OpenBOM software.


• Monitor inventory levels and update the system to ensure real-time accuracy.


• Assist procurement by researching and identifying the best sources for parts and supplies.


• Generate inventory reports to support procurement and management decisions.


• File and organize inventory-related documents, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.


• Manage receipts and assist with financial data entry and reconciliation tasks.


• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies in orders.


• Perform basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.


• Support the finance team with inventory-related financial records and expense tracking.


• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.


• May be required to help with production floor tasks during busy times.


• Must possess a valid driver's license.


• Must be proficient in use of spreadsheets, document software and other generally used office software.

Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenBOM or other inventory software


• Background in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain


• Knowledge of basic accounting/finance practices


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Vendor coordination experience


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• High School diploma or equivalent
