Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting inbound and outbound material flow, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment where accuracy and communication are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile inbound deliveries to ensure quantity and documentation accuracy
  




• Manage and track RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)
  




• Accurately enter receiving and inventory transactions into the ERP system (Oracle)
  




• Support work order processing, including validation and closure
  




• Assist with shipping and receiving transfers between internal locations
  




• Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, Receiving, and Planning teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
  




• Generate, review, and analyze inventory reports to support audits, cycle counts, and accuracy initiatives
  




• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner
  




• Support monthly and annual physical inventory counts
  




• Assist with inventory clean\-up, adjustments, and reconciliation activities
  




• Track inventory movements, transfers, and work order–related transactions
  




• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or a related role
  




• Strong computer skills with experience using inventory management or ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  




• Proficiency in Excel and shared documentation platforms
  




• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  




• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  




• Effective problem\-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
  




• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  




• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and RMA processes
