Job Description - Inventory Clerk - CAG



The Continental Automotive Group is an exceptional place to be, and lucky for you, we’re recruiting! We are a locally-owned, family-operated company with locations in North/Central Austin. Job Duties include but are not limited to:




  • Stock in vehicles and post invoices daily.




  • Organize and file all MCOs and titles.




  • Apply for duplicate titles and MCOs.




  • Follow up on titles and lien releases not received.




  • Post vehicle purchases and issue payoff/equity checks.




  • Manage floor plan payments, additions, and transfers.




  • Clean and maintain all inventory schedules.




  • Communicate with the sales department for any missing paperwork.




Qualities needed to succeed include:




  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.




  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.




  • Detail oriented and good communication skills.




Requirements:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required.




  • Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.




  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.




Hours:




  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.




  • This is a full-time position.




Compensation: 




  • $20-$23 an hour depending on experience.
