Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk

Report to:  Shop Foreman / Facility Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the flow of products and supplies, ensure stock levels are accurate and items are properly stored


• Track incoming and outgoing products, maintain accurate records, and update inventory database.


• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies between recorded and actual inventory.


• Inspect products for damage or defects, report issues, and ensure proper handling and store to maintain product quality.


• Shipping and receiving ordered products to customers


• Compile inventory reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to management for operational efficiency and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving experience, including but not limited to ground and LTL shipping


• Able to operate a forklift


• Experience with inventory control and inventory systems


• Proficient with excel, word, and outlook


• QuickBooks experience a plus


• CPR Certification a plus


• Clean background, drug/alcohol testing and driving record
