Job Description - Inventory Control Coordinator II - Repair Depot (Day Shift)

Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Coordinator II will handle IGT's Repair Depot department's inventory and internal/external RMA coordination. This role entails managing various administrative tasks including adding/ordering new parts, researching parts approvals, creating sales orders for parts, generating stock transport orders for parts, and maintaining delivery documentation. This Inventory Coordinator's responsibilities will also encompass overseeing inventory processes such as processing parts receipts and shipments, conducting cycle counts in both the warehouse and repair floor areas, analyzing parts usage and stock levels for reordering purposes, and performing monthly audits of finished goods inventory.

Administers internal and external RMAs (requires communication with both internal and external customers)
Ensures inventory transactions and material receipts are done in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform administrative and related data entry activities in support of operations.
Develop and process various tracking reports.
Prepare and verify order invoices and/or other paperwork as required.
Performs all duties required for shipping and receiving materials.
Places stock into inventory locations promptly
Orders, Supplies, and tracks repair technicians with an inventory of consumable parts
Organizes warehouse as instructed.
Complies with all existing safety and materials handling policies and procedures.
Must be able to follow instructions with minimum supervision.
Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 - 2 years of experience in stock or material movement
3 - 4 years of experience in customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong computer skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for full shift
Ability to work overtime as required
SAP System experience is preferred

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $39,000 - $43,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
