MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. \n\n## Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!\n\nTo strengthen our motivated Supply Chain Team at our Indianapolis facility, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Inventory Control Specialist \n\n## Your Role\n\n * You will ensure accurate inventory management across all production and warehouse operations by monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining system integrity\n * You will investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, partnering closely with Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service to drive root-cause solutions\n * You will lead cycle counting activities and ensure timely reconciliation, reporting, and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy\n * You will support production needs, trials, and new product introductions by providing reliable inventory insights and availability\n * You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve material flow, replenishment processes, and overall operational efficiency\n * You will analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement\n * You will train, guide, and support the Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure consistency and high performance\n * You are committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\n\n\n\n## Your Profile\n\n * You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an advantage\n * You have gained 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a comparable role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment\n * You have hands-on experience working with ERP or WMS systems and are comfortable navigating and maintaining accurate inventory data\n * You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and drive root-cause solutions\n * You are proficient in Excel or similar tools and can effectively manage and analyze data\n * You communicate clearly and effectively across departments, with the ability to collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service\n * You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy\n * You demonstrate the ability to work independently while also leading, training, and supporting others on the team\n\n\n\n## Our Offer\n\nJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who take ownership and keep operations running at a high level every day.\n\nWe offer you a stable workplace within an international, industry-leading company, along with meaningful responsibilities that give you real impact on our operations.
