Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for inventory accuracy, branch readiness,
receiving, staging, and warehouse support across Cleveland and assigned branches. This role supports multi-branch consistency by owning cycle counts, inventory control processes, receiving, branch-level replenishment execution, and assigned return support for the region.

Key Responsibilities

● Travel between assigned branches to conduct cycle counts, audits, and readiness
checks.
● Maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring correction.
● Support branch organization, labeling, and location accuracy.
● Help maintain branch readiness for service and install work.
● Manage ordering and staging tasks for assigned branches.
● Assist in reviewing upcoming demand and readiness needs for assigned branches.
● Complete assigned tasks related to ordering, staging, and material flow.
● Manage inbound receiving and shipping activities for assigned branches.
● Support accurate receipt and put-away of parts and materials.
● Support branch-level return preparation, documentation, and shipment for assigned
RMAs.
● Assist with material handling and shipment preparation.
● Follow up on parts leads for assigned branches as directed.
● Support local branch needs related to inventory readiness and receiving flow.
● Communicate shortages, discrepancies, and branch support needs to Supply Chain
leadership.

The ROI of this role is realized through improved multi-branch inventory accuracy, stronger
replenishment support, earlier identification of readiness issues, reduced operational disruption, and less reliance on office or management labor to solve branch-level inventory problems
