Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will work closely with our warehouse team and other departments to ensure efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory levels

- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify potential shortages or excess inventory

- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of inventory

- Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions

- Work with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan for upcoming projects

- Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures

- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory and generate reports

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in inventory control or related field

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
