Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some Saturdays may be required.
Job Summary
As an Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our vehicle inventory up to date and accurate. You’ll be responsible for entering vehicles into our system, tracking them throughout their lifecycle, and facilitating intercompany sales when possible. Your attention to detail will ensure inventory is always accurate, accessible, and aligned with sales and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Load new vehicles into inventory management systems promptly and accurately
- Track vehicle movement across departments and locations, maintaining up-to-date records
- Work with the sales and finance teams to identify opportunities for intercompany sales
- Coordinate with other businesses to negotiate vehicle purchases and sales
- Maintain inventory status, flags, and internal notes to support real-time visibility
- Ensure all paperwork related to incoming and outgoing vehicles is properly completed and filed
- Assist in monthly inventory audits and reconciliations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Experience with inventory or dealership management systems (preferred)
- Basic understanding of vehicle types, models, and titles
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and Google Drive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and a collaborative team mindset
