We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Customer Support to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this onsite role, you will act as a vital link between our customers and internal sales agents, managing product returns, repairs, and credits. You will gain extensive knowledge of popular consumer electronics—including earbuds, mobile phones, and gaming accessories—to deliver top-tier support via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in quality control, product testing, and daily inventory management.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour to start. (Starting pay is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's prior work experience, education, job-specific certifications, and technical skills).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% ONSITE). Possible overtime may be required.

Responsibilities Include
Customer & Sales Coordination: Partner with customers and internal sales agents to process customer support requests, merchandise replacements, credits, and equipment repairs.
Product Testing & Reporting: Evaluate and report on the status of all returns, repairs, and equipment defects.
Inventory & RMA Management: Monitor RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) inventory control on a continuous basis and conduct daily inventory counts.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the quick, accurate shipment of products.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Requirements: Good attendance, a professional attitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to listen and follow instructions closely.
Technical & Core Skills: Basic experience with inventory and quality control, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills are required (though you will receive full training on our specific system).
Physical & Environment: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and a preference for a fast-paced, demanding, team-oriented environment.
