Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics industry, vendor or warehouse management
- Familiar with spreadsheets, stock management and forecasting
- Experience in logistics industry, vendor and warehouse management
- Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
- Experience with any ERP tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Equipment purchase support, Logistics & Liaison with shipping partners
- Inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand
- Coordinate all shipments with logistics external suppliers (warehouses, domestic carriers, parking service providers) to ensure equipment is delivery within project deadline and lead time calculation, ETA/ETD
- Ensure correct inventory stock levels to meet operational demand based on program plans and provide shortages reports on a monthly basis.
- Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, and distribution.
- Facilitate the packaging and labeling of dangerous goods for shipment
- Work with the procurement team to secure supply availability. Provide clear updates on recovery and mitigations.
- Create and maintain parts lists and replenishment levels
- Create processes for forecast modeling, parameter establishment, exception management
- Forecast demand & oversee regional allocations
- Communicate key inventory inbound/outbound to interested parties
- Support for physical inventory counts as required
