Key Responsibilities:

• · Perform scheduled cycle counts and update inventory records in the ERP system.
• · Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with Inventory Control and Production teams.
• · Document count results and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• · Support year-end physical inventories and internal/external audit activities.
• · Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to safely move and stage materials.
• · Deliver raw materials and finished goods to designated locations; ensure proper labeling and storage.
• · Assist with shipping and receiving functions, including verification of incoming/outgoing materials.
• · Maintain organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles and safety standards.
• · Perform additional duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• · High school diploma or equivalent required.
• · 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory control environment.
• · Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software; basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• · Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry.
• · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods in a physically active role.
• · Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• · Committed to workplace safety and able to follow PPE and manufacturing safety protocols.
