• GMP Food Production warehouse:
• responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
• Monitor activity, Training, inventory, shipping knowledge, analysis, day to day operations. General labor.
• Must know Stand-up Forklift.

Responsibilities

The Inventory Control Team Lead is responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

Two shift avaiable:

1st shift 7am to 3:30pm; Monday though Friday.

2nd shift 3pm to 12am; Sunday through Thursday.

• Monitors incoming and outgoing shipments including verifying information against invoices, orders, or other records.

• Able to Operate Stand up forklift (Crown)

• Performs weekly cycle counts and participates in the reconciliation process.

• Ensures proper communication on pre-ops and changeovers between shifts.

• Maintains crewing levels to meet or surpass cost targets.

• Monitors, trains, and develops new and current employees.

• Performs all warehouse functions within each department.

• Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.

• Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 30lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
