Inventory Manager

About the Role
We are a high-volume Toyota dealership in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our vehicle inventory. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate vehicle tracking, organization, and presentation across multiple storage locations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage the location and tracking of 400+ vehicles across multiple storage lots

  
  


• 
  

  Create and maintain vehicle key tags

  
  


• 
  

  Hang and update vehicle price flyers

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure inventory accuracy and organization

  
  


• 
  

  Use multiple proprietary dealership software systems

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate vehicle movement on and off dealership property as needed

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior automotive dealership experience preferred

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Lot porter or lot attendant experience is a strong plus

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent required

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient with basic computer skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
