Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and driven Inventory Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle inventory from arrival through front-line readiness. The Inventory Manager ensures accurate tracking, optimal lot presentation, and seamless coordination across departments to support dealership operations and sales performance.

More about the role

• Support dealership management by maintaining accurate, well-organized, and visually appealing vehicle inventory to maximize sales opportunities.


• Oversee and manage the layout, merchandising, and presentation of front and rear vehicle lots.


• Coordinate vehicle check-in processes, ensuring accuracy of stock numbers, vehicle information, window stickers, and key tracking systems.


• Perform quality control inspections on pre-owned vehicles to ensure readiness for front-line display.


• Manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for all new vehicles.


• Capture and maintain high-quality photos, videos, and digital content to support online merchandising and marketing efforts.


• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and timely vehicle availability.


• Assist with creating compelling vehicle descriptions for digital listings across multiple platforms.
