What You’ll Do

• Manage all cannabis inventory in strict compliance with CRA guidelines.

• Oversee product intake, transfers, and sales tracking in METRC.

• Maintain airtight recordkeeping for every transaction.

• Coordinate with security to ensure controlled vault access.

• Lead scheduled and surprise audits—fix variances before they become issues.

• Verify quality control, labeling, and packaging for incoming/outgoing products.

• Train and supervise the inventory team for maximum efficiency and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old (state requirement).

• 3+ years cannabis inventory experience (including 3 years METRC—required).

• Strong knowledge of CRA guidelines, MRTMA, and MMMA.

• Skilled in inventory audits and variance resolution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10.

• Organized leader with excellent communication skills.

• Able to pass an iCHAT background check.

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for 8+ hours; bend/kneel as needed.

• Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull carts with product.
