Inventory Parts Coordinator / warehouse coordinator - Hiring Immediately

BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Parts Coordinator for an opportunity in Milan, IL 61264.

Expected Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Type: Full Time Contract, Onsite
Pay Range: $18/hr on W2 (must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship)
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).  

Shift:
3rd shift, work hours: 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Onsite from Day 1.
Subject to change for short periods of times to support audits. This may include Saturdays.

Job Description:

• Provides assistance and responds to channel partner requests in connection with technical parts issues regarding products. Ensures adequate stock is available for newly introduced equipment. Coordinates the activities in Customer Care to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Duties: Provides dealer assistance pertaining to incorrect part numbers, substitutions, electronic parts catalog interpretations and machine usage to assure customers get correct parts.
• Assists the inventory control area by reviewing stock levels with special emphasis on newly introduced equipment.
• Coordinates the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution centers, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders. Responds to dealer requests to expedite critical machine down orders through various contacts to assure customers of the most timely delivery of parts. Coordinates the activities in the Customer Care area to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Processes Machine Down Back Order reports, working with factories, depots, buyers and/or suppliers in an effort to proactively assign promise ship dates and provide customers with the earliest possible availability.
• Trains and assists dealer personnel with electronic ordering and information systems to maintain a high level of support to customers.
•  Writes and prepares product bulletins for publication.

Requirements:
Manager is seeking a Parts Coordinator. No forklift. Work environment will be completely in the warehouse at a work center with some data entry. Previous warehouse, inventory management or reconciliation is highly preferred. Must be proficient with MS Office.

Interviews will be conducted through Teams. Position will be onsite on the first day. Safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection required.
