Position Overview: Loot Rentals is hiring for an hourly Inventory Coordinator to join our Austin location. This position will play a key role in the management and maintenance of inventory systems. This position involves hands-on oversight of inventory and communication regarding inventory entering and leaving the Loot warehouse.. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing both operational and logistical needs. This is an entry-level position that will report directly to the Inventory Operations Director if in our DFW location  and report to the Inventory Manager if in our ATX location..

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order check-ins: receiving incoming inventory, checking for damages or discrepancies, etc. 


• Responsible for order check out preparation 


• Receive new inventory shipments and route them to the correct location and department 


• Serve as sales liaison for communication related to inventory matters 


• Coordinate with the internal team for more complex repairs when necessary.


• Responsible for transport check-ins between locations 


• Assist with overall upkeep and routine maintenance of inventory to ensure items are properly stored and in pristine condition


• Support the audit process by conducting physical counts, and reconciling discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
  

Requirements:

• Incredible attention to detail - this cannot be overstated!


• Over the top organization skills


• Knowledge of furniture care and restoration a plus


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 


• Strong computer skills - experience with inventory management software is a plus


• Physical stamina to manage lifting, repairs, and long periods of standing; ability to lift up to 75 lbs


• Weekend availability as needed 

Compensation: 

• $21 - $22,  hourly non-exempt
