WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
The INVENTORY RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST position within the Inventory department is dedicated to assisting both VaxCare and our Partners in the reconciliation of inventory variances causing financial impact. In addition to inventory reconciliations and outreaches, this position will assist with the resolution of other inventory related tasks pertaining to stagnant, expired, or other inventory related items.
The ideal candidate has the ability to be a self-starter, collaborator, and effective communicator. They must be able to manage themselves, as needed, while ensuring that both the quality of work and performance targets are met. This role consists of working with:
Active Clinics with inventory discrepancies
Training and assisting our Partners to be able to resolve inventory variances by way of understanding inventory best practices – checkout timeliness, shipment management, performing weekly counts, and reconciling variances via the VaxCare platform.
Troubleshooting issues pertaining to variances VaxHub/Mobile Hub troubleshooting, and understanding and/or resolving issues pertaining to EHR integrations
Understanding VaxCare reporting and performing necessary corrections and/or adjustments within the VaxCare system to correct inventory variances as needed.
Ad hoc support for additional proactive outreaches.

Experience with Microsoft Excel a must, including formulas and pivot tables.
