Inventory Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise receiving and shipping
• Tagging and packaging merchandise 
• Quality control
• Processing vendor returns
• Assisting stores to ensure accurate inventory
• Scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks

Inventory Specialist Competencies:

• Attention to detail with the goal of 100% accuracy 
• Passion and understanding of jewelry basics
• Self-motivation skills with a continued desire to learn
• Proficient in balancing workload, multitasking, and meeting deadlines 
• Must be dexterous to work with small items
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs.

The Inventory Specialist is a full-time, 40-hour per week, Monday through Friday position, with occasional weekends, in our corporate office. Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the corporate office is located in Waterville, ME.
