Job Description - Inventory Specialist/Accounting Clerk

Full-time

Description

Job responsibilities include:

Reviewing and entering vehicle invoices into our DMS for the dealership.
Processing dealer-trade transactions.
Daily inventory transactions for all departments.
Wholesale maintenance including W-9's, process auction vehicles and wholesales

Additional accounting office responsibilities.

Previous dealership experience a PLUS

Requirements

Dealership DMS experience a PLUS

Ability to navigate Excel spreadsheets

Self Motivated
