Inventory Technician – Supply Chain

Location: Needham, MA (Onsite)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Sigma is seeking an Inventory Technician – Supply Chain to work onsite with our client in Needham, MA.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Up to one year of experience as a CPD Aide or equivalent training preferred

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Director of Materials Management, the Inventory Technician (Central Supply Aide) performs daily operational functions within the Central Service Department. This role supports supply chain activities and serves as the primary point of contact for communications related to the Central Supply Department. Unusual questions or issues are referred to appropriate leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day supply and inventory functions in the Central Supply department
• Serve as the main communication contact for Central Supply
• Work in a storeroom environment with fixed and mobile shelving of varying heights
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area
• Follow proper attire and safety requirements at all times

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking
• Frequent transportation of products
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
