Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigations Administrator to join our team onsite in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a proactive individual to prioritize, plan, organize, and conduct investigations, supporting Medical Consultants and external resources through data collection and case management. You will be responsible for organizing cases for board review, responding to inquiries, and maintaining communication with licensees and their counsel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, plan, and conduct investigations efficiently.
- Support Medical Consultants and external consultants in case processing.
- Collect data and ensure quality control and timely completion of projects and cases.
- Organize cases for Board presentations.
- Respond to inquiries from licensees and complainants regarding investigations.
- Initiate and maintain communication with licensees and their counsel where appropriate.
Required Skills:
- Experience organizing and conducting investigations.
- Data collection and quality control abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within the state of Arizona.
