Investment Advisor Representative

Our partner is hiring an Investment Advisor Representative for a fully on-site role in Seattle, WA (working location either Kirkland or Lynwood). This position is with a growing financial firm specializing in retirement planning. All qualified leads are provided; no prospecting is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and implement customized retirement plans
• Advise clients on financial products such as annuities, life insurance, long-term care solutions, and managed portfolios
• Provide financial guidance covering investments, insurance, and retirement planning
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Follow established processes to meet individual and team performance goals
• Present financial information at public seminars and workshops
• Participate in weekly virtual meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in financial services
• State Insurance License (Required)
• Series 65 License (or Series 7/66 combination)
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and database systems
• Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems

• Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
• Additional Compensation:
• 10% commission in Year 1
• Option to switch to 25% commission in lieu of base salary
• Up to 30% commission in later years
