Dorchester Capital Advisors, LLC (“Dorchester”) is an investment manager that primarily invests in credit and credit secondaries. Dorchester was founded in 2001 and has more than two decades of experience investing in credit, alternative assets and managers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Analyst based in Los Angeles. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting investment analysis, developing financial models, monitoring existing investments, collecting data and writing investment memos.

Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in investment banking, investment management or similar professional roles

An understanding of financial modeling, accounting and valuation methodologies

Inquisitive with a drive to learn

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is a plus

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

CFA, or progress towards the CFA designation, is a plus

The position has substantial growth potential on the investment team. Compensation dependent on experience.
