Job Summary:

The Investment Banking Analyst - Industrials will play a crucial role in supporting our industrials team with financial analysis, deal execution, and market research. This hybrid role requires a strong foundation in investment banking practices combined with a deep understanding of the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex transactions and providing insights that contribute to informed strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:

Perform detailed financial analysis and create financial models to evaluate company performances and project future earnings.
Conduct sector-specific market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industrial sector.
Support the preparation and execution of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.
Collaborate with senior bankers to develop pitch materials and present recommendations to clients.
Manage due diligence processes by coordinating with clients, external advisors, and internal teams.
Monitor ongoing industrial market developments and their financial implications for clients.
Prepare internal reports for senior management and assist in developing sector strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all transactional processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong academic record.
0-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the industrial sector.
Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical tools.
Strong understanding of the industrial market, including key drivers, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
