Investment Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Investment Operations Manager to support investment activities, oversee operational processes, and maintain accurate financial and transaction records.

In this role, you will work closely with investment professionals, financial teams, and external partners to coordinate investment transactions, monitor portfolio activities, and improve operational efficiency.

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical abilities, financial knowledge, and the organizational skills needed to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily investment operations and administrative workflows.
• Coordinate investment transactions, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Monitor portfolio records, investment performance data, and financial information.
• Collaborate with investment teams, accountants, and external service providers.
• Review financial reports and ensure accuracy of investment-related records.
• Support investment compliance procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reporting efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential investment documentation.
• Assist with portfolio reviews, audits, and transaction-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment operations, financial services, asset management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment processes, financial reporting, and portfolio operations.
• Experience coordinating financial transactions and maintaining investment records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
