Investment Solutions Specialist - Dynamic Team

The Dynasty Investment Solutions team is responsible for the delivery and servicing of the investment platform to the Dynasty network of independent financial advisors. Services include Outsourced CIO, portfolio consulting support, investment product access, technology access, market commentary, capital market transactions, investment committee participation, and more.

The Investment Solutions Specialist role will be integral to the successful delivery of Dynasty’s investment solutions and services. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Investment Solutions Specialist to join our team, focusing on supporting independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) on our investment platform. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on our investment product solutions, offer strategic support to our RIA clients, and ensure a high level of client service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of investment products available on the platform, including but limited to alternative investments, structured products, mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, model portfolios, and annuities. Guide RIAs in selecting appropriate investment solutions for their clients.
• Client Support: Offer ongoing support to RIAs in portfolio construction and investment strategy, ensuring their needs are met with the most suitable products and services.
• Platform Training: Conduct training sessions for RIAs to enhance their understanding and utilization of the platform's tools and features.
• Market Insights: Provide timely and relevant market analysis, firm investment outlook, and investment research to assist RIAs in making informed decisions for their clients.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with RIAs, ensuring their satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support. The role requires moderate travel to visit clients.
• Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary liaison between RIAs and investment team, facilitating communication of feedback and suggestions for platform improvement.
• Sales and Client onboarding Support: Assist in the sales process by providing detailed product information and investment strategy support to new and current RIA clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-7 years of experience with an investment consultant, private wealth manager, investment or commercial bank, financial services firm, or asset management company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Series 7 registration preferred but not mandatory. Achievement of or progress toward CFA, CIMA®, or CAIA designations a plus, but not required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, alternative investments investment strategies, capital markets, and portfolio management.
• Experience with alternative investments and/or willingness to learn
• Experience with financial industry software and analytical tools, such Morningstar Direct, YCharts, FactSet or Bloomberg is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Client focused with a dedication to delivering high quality service.
• Detailed Oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and willingness to take initiatives.
• Must be able to partner, collaborate and work in a team environment.
