The Role
This is a 100% commission role.
No salary cushion.
No ceiling.
Your output is your paycheck.
Youâll be working inside a real investment operation with a leader actively flipping houses and building a rental portfolio â not someone teaching theory from the sidelines.
Youâll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with real estate investors daily
- Selling Re:Home Texas inventory to serious buyers
- Walking distressed properties with investors, contractors, and operators
- Learning investor buy boxes and matching buyers with the right deals
- Writing and submitting contracts cleanly
- Following up relentlessly until a deal closes or dies
- Building the skill set to eventually source, analyze, and close your own investments
