What the Role Entails 

The Investor Relations Associate will support the Heads of Investor Relations and Capital Formation based in London and New York across investor relations, fundraising, and marketing initiatives. The role will provide significant exposure to institutional investors and support all phases of the fundraising process, including investor onboarding, due diligence, reporting, preparation of marketing materials, and relationship management.

Over time, the Associate will assume greater responsibility for investor communications, fundraising initiatives, and direct investor coverage while coordinating closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality, and compliant materials.

What You Will Do 

Investor Relations Activities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries.

• Prepare and partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quarterly reports, annual reports, and other investor communications.

• Coordinate investor onboarding processes, including subscription documentation and KYC/AML requirements.

• Oversee and maintain the investor portal and related communications.

• Support ad hoc investor requests and information needs.

Fundraising Project Management Role

• Support all phases of fundraising activities and capital formation efforts.

• Serve as central coordinator for Capital Formation workstreams 

• Coordinate investor and consultant due diligence processes.

• Update trackers and fundraising metrics 

• Utilize third party databases including Dakota and Preqin 

• Manage and maintain virtual data rooms and associated information requests.

• Manage a CRM database; track prospective investor activity and maintain pipeline information 

• Conduct market research, peer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.

Marketing & Materials Oversight

• Prepare, update, and maintain fundraising materials, including presentations, PPMs, DDQs, CIMs, and other marketing materials.

• Coordinate internal input across investment, legal, finance and compliance teams. 

• Prepare materials and analyses for internal strategy meetings and external investor presentations.

• Support the planning and execution of annual meetings, investor events, conferences, and roadshows.

• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to understand and ensure SEC/FCA compliance as it relates to disclosures 

• Support broader marketing and communications initiatives as required.


Requirements

What You Bring to the Role 

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Investment Management, Real Estate, Capital Formation, Placement Agent, or related advisory or consulting roles.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, infrastructure investing, or real assets strongly preferred.

• Prior exposure to fundraising, institutional investors, or capital raising activities strongly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

• High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

· Ability to work effectively across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and external service provider teams.
