Position Overview:

This position will provide weekly execution of high-capacity in vitro Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) Sciences, molecular property screens, and will support analytical workstreams driving early drug discovery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct sample preparation and In Vitro assays using given protocols
• Operation of laboratory equipment and automation
• Data review and processing, Uploading data into database, Delivery of Results to multiple groups
• Maintenance of instrumentation and consumables inventory

Expectations:

• Must be physically present at the site location Monday through Friday during the core business hours of 9am to 3pm
• In vitro assays will be conducted per given weekly schedule/cadence
• Assay samples will be analyzed following the completion of the experiment
• Analytical methods will be developed within 24 hrs from receipt of compounds and uploaded to the database
• Assay results must be reviewed and communicated within 24 hrs from bioanalytical run completion
  • Entire cycle time from method development to published assay results is less than seven (7) days.

Basic Mimunim Qualifications:

• BS in Biochemistry or Chemistry with 0-2 years of experience
• Familiarity with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)
• Experience with operating and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation/automation
• Ability to rapidly familiarize with various equipment, instrumentation and software
• Ability to schedule and coordinate multiple activities
• Ability to communicate effectively in a high-throughput environment with tight timelines
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be eligible to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Position is full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed; core hours are 9am-3pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Groton, CT are encouraged to apply.
