Job Description - Invoice Clerk / Billing specialist

Job description:

Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.

Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.

Filing warranty claims

Removing and inputting parts onto invoice

Assist in answering phones

Necessary skills:

Strong organizational and clerical skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Have a great attitude and a sensor of humor

Be able to work in a casual/shop environment

Willing to submit to a background check

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
