The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Invoice Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness

- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents

- Enter invoice data into accounting system

- Monitor and reconcile vendor statements

- Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Process payments to vendors in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and payments

- Assist with month-end closing and reporting

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices

- Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to invoicing and payments

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
