Job Title: Invoice Processing Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in invoice processing and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness of information

- Review and verify invoices for proper coding and approvals

- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices

- Enter and post invoices into the accounting system

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries

- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and payments

- Assist with month-end closing and reporting

- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline invoice processing procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
