Job Description:

As an Invoice Processing Specialist at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices for our company. You will work closely with our sales and accounting teams to ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner and that all payments are received and recorded accurately. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices for products and services provided by SIKKY Manufacturing

- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies with the sales team

- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and entered into the accounting system

- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies

- Monitor and track payments to ensure timely receipt

- Reconcile accounts and resolve any outstanding balances

- Prepare and maintain reports on invoice processing and payment status

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in invoice processing or accounts receivable

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
