Position Overview:

As an Invoice Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices for our clients. You will work closely with our contract management team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify invoice accuracy and completeness

- Enter invoices into our system and process for payment

- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments

- Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes

- Collaborate with the contract management team to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to invoice processing

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes is a plus
