Job Title: Invoice Processing Specialist

Job Type: (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team at Dayton Roger's Contract. As an Invoice Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to our vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness

- Enter invoice data into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Process and reconcile payments to ensure timely and accurate payments

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices and payments

- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and increase efficiency

- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to invoice processing

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience with construction or contracting industry a plus
