Invoicing / Reports / Customer Service

The Invoicing / Reports / Customer Service position at American Leak Detection of Dallas is responsible for invoicing, reporting, data entry and answering customer questions. The Invoicing / Reports / Customer Service position will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the Dallas area.

• Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Invoicing / Reports / Customer Service Position Responsibilities:

• Creating invoices


• Editing reports


• Data entry


• Assist with other clerical duties


• Shift: 8 hour daytime shift, full-time


• Availability: General workday is Monday through Friday

Invoicing / Reports / Customer Service Position Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Proficiency in computer operation


• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required
