Invoicing Specialist

Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Texas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and St. Louis.

We are now looking to fill an Invoicing Specialist position for our Supplemental Department. Our Supplemental Team includes all of Shamrock’s Invoicing, Permits & Licensing, and Invoicing/Collections team members. This position may assist each team within the department as support.

Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, admin, county or municipality work, building permit backgrounds are all encouraged to apply! Especially those with invoicing experience!

**IN OFFICE IN KANSAS CITY**

Job Duties May Include:

• Invoicing incoming jobs and verifying Labor Invoices (Frequent)
• Data Entry in Spreadsheets and databases (Frequent)
• General Forms Data Entry (Frequent)
• Make calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding dues of projects for homeowners.
• Develop payment plans if needed
• Locate debtors in order to begin the recovery process
• Negotiate debt payments
• All other duties assigned by the manager

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time In Office Position
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + an hour for lunch
• Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days of employment
• PTO accrual after 30 Days of employment
• 401K after 6 months of employment
• Compensation Range: $40k-$45k based on experience

• Must be persistent and have a “won't take no for an answer” attitude towards insurance companies.
• Must be a problem solver; capable of figuring things out and finding new avenues to approach issues to achieve the desired outcome
• Working knowledge of G Suite is a plus
• Prior experience is a plus
• Quick thinking and adaptability
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• Great with hard deadlines
