Invoicing Specialist

Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company is an established locally owned family business that manufacturers fire equipment and emergency vehicles that help our communities to save lives. We are looking for an energetic, self-starting Invoicing Specialist to join our team. If you are interested in joining a team that helps to build equipment that helps save lives, please apply.

Responsibilities:

• Daily invoicing
• Daily shipping international and domestic
• Verifying the accuracy of outgoing orders
• Recognizing and determining the quality and count of products
• Communication with all levels of management and employees
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Some accounting experience highly desired
• Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe
• Organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug-screen and physical agility test

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00/hour DOE

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
