IOP Psych Rehab Clinician

The Role of Psych Rehab in the IOP is to help clients increase their functioning. We use various modalities to support behavior activation including motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT and psychoeducation. Examples of areas that can be addressed include treatment compliance, as well as the smallest tasks such as basic selfcare to housekeeping, cooking, working, college, GED and any other individualized goals that clients may have to build a more meaningful life.
