The Opportunity
We're seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or Washington, DC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated intellectual property litigation matters with a team of dedicated and experienced attorneys.

What You'll Do

• Litigate with Precision: Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including preparation for trial and appeals.
• Research and Analyze: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop innovative strategies for clients.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with colleagues to craft compelling arguments and effective case strategies.
• Support Federal Circuit Work: Engage in litigation at the Federal Circuit and other courts, leveraging your experience in complex IP matters.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience, with Federal Circuit experience being a plus.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complex litigation independently and collaboratively.
• Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for intellectual property law.

• Intellectual Property Expertise: Proven ability to handle high-stakes IP litigation matters effectively.
