Position: IP Litigation, Associate Attorney

ABOUT: 
Our client is a nationally recognized, award-winning firm seeking to expand its IP Litigation team with an Associate Attorney. Qualified applicants will possess top law school credentials and experience in IP/patent litigation. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of IP/ patent litigation experience
• JD from an accredited university
• An undergraduate degree in any of the following is highly preferred: electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar.
• CAFC clerkship experience is highly preferred
• PTAB disputes experience is a plus

Compensation:  $260,000 and $390,000. Dependent upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
