Position Overview:

The selected candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, from small enterprises to large corporations, across various industries. Our Minneapolis team is focused on a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters, benefiting from both a strong local presence and a national and global platform to address complex litigation issues.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a national trademark practice, with substantial expertise in domestic and international trademark counseling, as well as litigation experience in one or more of the following areas:

Qualifications:

• Skills: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an outstanding academic record.


• Bar Admission: Candidates must be in good standing with the Minnesota Bar or eligible for admission as soon as practicable.
