Job Description - IPS Counselor

About your Role:

As a IPS Counselor provides Supported Employment services to eligible consumers who express a desire to work and face barriers due to mental health challenges that have impacted their employment stability.

Does the following apply to you?

High school diploma or GED
Must meet paraprofessional status per DMHSAS guidelines
Sensitivity to diverse populations and special needs
Valid Tennessee Driver’s License with a good driving record

Preferred:

Bachelor degree and 1 year experience
