• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure consistency and quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on company products and services to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
• Represent the company's brand values and commitment to customer satisfaction in every interaction.

• Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
